For UK Orders
We offer free UK standard delivery for orders placed online over £75.
For orders below £75 in the UK, standard delivery will be charged at £3.95 and received in 2-3 business days.
UK Next day delivery is available (when ordered before 3pm) — £4.99
Please note that we will need to wait 21 days from the date of dispatch before we can investigate the non-arrival of an item.

For European Orders
We offer free European standard delivery for orders placed online over £100.
For orders below £100 in Europe, standard delivery will be charged at £5.65 and received in 3-5 business days.

For International Orders
We offer free international standard delivery for orders placed online over £150.
For orders below £150, standard international delivery will be charged at £14.99 and received in 5-7 business days.

How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are processed and shipped out on the same day when ordered before 3pm and the following working day when ordered after 3pm. 
Please note we do not ship on weekends or holidays. Shipping times may vary, but we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible.

Holiday Shipping
Foofy will be closed Easter Weekend, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve and New Years Day. Orders will not be shipped out during these days.

Tracking your order
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. If you have chosen a service that allows tracking you will receive a tracking link in your shipping email and you can also find the tracking number in the Order section in your account settings. 

Refund policy
We operate an easy 28 day returns policy. It is your responsibility to return items to us; we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to goods whilst they are being returned.
Refunds will be made to the card that was used in the original purchase or a cheque made payable to the cardholder if the card is no longer valid. In the case of cheque payment a cheque will be issued payable to the original customer.
If the product returned is not in fully resaleable condition or the packaging is damaged, we do reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If you are returning items that are damaged, mis-shipped or the result of an error on our part, you will be refunded the total amount of the order and we’ll pay the return shipping costs. Items should be returned in their original product packaging.

Items that are not Returnable 
Any item that is not returned within 28 days of shipment.
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
